DEADLINES

Free accommodation for students.

All students who will present their paper at the conference will receive free accommodation for four nights (20, 21, 22 and 23th of July) if registered before the early registration deadline.

Each registration covers a maximum of two papers. For additional papers, a publication fee of EUR 200 per paper is required.

Papers are limited to 6 pages. Extra pages will cost 50€/page, for a maximum of 2 pages.

• Students have to register before the early registration deadline to have the four nights accommodation for free. The accommodation will be offered in one of the following facilities:
  - Colégio Pio XII (single room with private bathroom),
  - Residencial Alicante (shared double room with private bathroom),
  - Residencial Horizonte (shared double room with private bathroom).

 If the student wants to stay more nights will have to book it for himself.  After the early registration deadline expires (April 15th), the registered students will be distributed for the available rooms and will be notified.
